Big Thunder Ranch BBQ

     Opened in 1986 alongside the rest of Big Thunder Ranch, this restaurant offered an “All-You-Care-to-Enjoy BBQ Buffet,” served family style at your table. Lunch service consisted of Big Thunder Ribs, Big Thunder Chicken, BBQ Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Poached Corn on the Cobb and Big Thunder Cornbread. The dinner buffet added smoked sausage. Big Thunder Ranch closed its doors in 2016 to make way for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, however their famous ribs can still be enjoyed at the River Belle Terrace.
