A staple since opening day – the Carnation Café began as an ice cream parlor sponsored by Carnation Ice Cream. In addition to the ice cream, the Carnation also served as a café, offering sandwiches, breakfast, and a few hot meals. After Nestlé bought the Carnation brand, they phased out the brand’s ice creams, and moved their brand into a new location originally occupied by Sunkist. At that point the Carnation was split in two, with the outside remaining a café, and the inside becoming the Blue Ribbon Bakery. With the opening of Jolly Holiday in 2012, the bakery could once again be integrated into the café, creating the Carnation Café as we know it today.

Carnation Ice Cream:
Disneyland’s Fantasia Ice Cream: Disneyland’s original flavor; cherries and pistachios in banana ice cream	Fantasia Ice Cream: A premade version of Disneyland’s unique flavor, this version was first manufactured by Carnation, then later Dreyer’s. Last served for the 45th Anniversary of the Main Street Electrical Parade.
South Seas Island Delight: Pineapple sherbet, strawberry, and shredded coconut shake topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Breakfast:
Breakfast Potatoes 1994: Red potatoes with onions, bell pepper, and parsley flakes. Serve with 2 scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, a croissant, and bacon or sausage to create Oscar’s Choice.	Breakfast Potatoes 2016: Red potatoes with onions. Serve with 2 eggs any style, fresh fruit, the bread of your choice, and bacon or chicken & apple sausage to create Oscar’s Choice.

Appetizers:
Fried Pickles: Introduced in 2012, fried pickle spears in a panko and parmesan breading served with a house sauce of Sriracha, ranch dressing, lime juice and mayonnaise

Loaded Baked Potato Soup: Topped with cheese, bacon, chives and sour cream, this soup is the most popular dish at the restaurant!	Walt’s Chili and Beans: A hearty chili made with stew meat and pinto beans form a modern take on one of Walt’s favorite meals.
