     The icon of Disney California Adventure Park. The Carthay Circle is a visual replica of the Carthay Circle Theater where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered on December 21, 1937. Steeped in rich Spanish atmosphere, the Carthay Circle offers innovative and elegant takes on the many flavors of Southern California prepared by award-wining culinary masters: Executive Chef Andrew Sutton and Chef Gloria Tae.

Carthay Tequila Daisy: Don Julio Reposado Tequila and Cointreau Triple Sec with agave nectar, lime juice, a splash of violet liqueur and a sugared viola garnish	Ginger Rogers: Plymouth Gin, Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth, and Luxardo Apricot Liqueur with a splash of lemon juice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry garnish
