Café Villa Verde

     Originally called the Villa Verde Ristorante, Café Villa Verde opened in 1983 as part of the new convention center and entertainment complex at the Disneyland Hotel. Villa Verde offered luxuries dining fit for both guest attending the conferences held at the resort, and the families visiting Disneyland. Villa Verde would close its doors in the late 1990’s to allow their facilities to host Goofy’s Kitchen which was displaced by the new Downtown Disney District.

Main Dishes:
Eggplant Florentine with Forest Mushrooms: Spinach, ricotta and pine nuts wrapped in eggplant, topped with Basil Pesto Sauce, and served with Marinara Sauce and forest mushrooms

Fruit Tarts: Custard tart topped with fresh fruit and an apricot glaze	Apple Strudel with Filo Dough: Apples season with cinnamon and sugar, baked into a strudel made from layers of filo dough
